Anyway, i have done 3 hats, am knitting my 4th...Mistakes, yes, but you cant tell...i need lots of practice...When i get to the top, thats when i the double pointed needles are needed and things get a little funky...So i just weave the needle on all the stitches that are left and pull it tight and weave in the ends...
Hopefully i will get the hang of it all..

Have a lovely and safe weekend..

The hat is so sweet looking. You'll get the hang of the dpn...I don't like them either but I just trudge along because I can't get around it. I don't see any mistakes, I just see a cute, warm little girl's hat. :-)

Now you must change the title of your blog to Knit and crochet the blues away, you are a fully fledged knitter and your finished piece looks fantastic. The colors are really pretty.Thank you for always visiting my blog and leaving your lovely comments I really appreciate it. Hugs, Margie.

Oh, Lulu, that is the sweetest little cap.
If you can do a design like that, then you can definitely use double pointed needles.

Beautiful!

It looks GREAT!!! :)
You did a wonderful job!!!

Double pointed needles aren't as hard as they seem! :) You just evenly distribute all the stitches on them and then knit all the stiches on one DPN at a time! I know you will get it! :)

Hi Lulu
The hat is adorable and looks great! DPN's are a bit funky at first but the more you use them the easier they will become. Keep going girl your knits look fabulous!
