Mothers day is always a difficult day for me...My mom was my anchor, my solace...I miss her daily...I have many memories of my mom that i cherish every day..I am happy she was my mom....

Even for we who are mom's, when this day rolls around, there is a certain bittersweetness to it for our own mother's who have gone before us. I hope you were surrounded by those who are dear to you.

Thank you for your simple, kind words on my blog. Your crochet is beautiful. I've made a few hats for preemies/babies, but most of my crochet ends up with my daughters, especially my oldest. Lots of hugs, love, and prayers even though mother's day has past.
