Good Wednesday morning...Its finally cooled down today...Its been so hot, i cant stand hot weather....
Its windy and cloudy today and i am loving it...
Yesterday i went to run some errands, went to the post office to drop off some baby hats, then to the pet store for some food, and flea meds...I had a coupon for a free flea med, so of course i couldn't pass that up...The vet is inside the pet store, so that's even better..

I cant believe how fast the months are going...Its almost summer again...
I am crocheting a big throw for top of my bed so Ruby wont dirty my bedspread..It will be a while, since i am doing other things also..But its coming along nicely and its going to be colorful...:-)

Well i leave you with a pic of a blankie that i did for a friend of a friend..She is expecting her first daughter in a few months, and i am hoping she will like the blankie..I know of allot of people who don't like homemade items, but i am hoping she will..

Thank you for taking the time to visit..
Love and peace .

Beuatiful blanket and of course you can do the ripple. Believe me, if I can do it, you can do it. Check out the chart on Attic24it is so easy to do...really. My initial problem was a tension one, now that is sorted, I am ripplying!! Devx

I can't imagine ANYONE not liking that pretty little blanket.

I remember when my first child, my son, was born and I received a hand crocheted or knit layette set for him (I didn't know the difference back then). I was more proud of that gift than anything I received. When my daughter was born, I received lots of lovely gifts, but not a single handmade item. It's the handmade things you want to pack away in the cedar chest and save for your children's children some day!

Hi - thanks for leaving a comment. Your blanket is beautiful... I loved getting hand made goodies when my children were born, and still have the blankets that were knitted for them. I'm sure your friend will love it.
